Ought a Bell Bike Stuff product, twice to replace the first one that broke. After 3 trips and 3 purchases i give up.

There's a big discrepancy between the Bell manual and the manufacturer's directions.
Their web site is good for promotion, but no "contact us" prompt.
Bad product and bad communication.
