When I signed my boy up for soccer i was concerned where games were going to be played. I'm a little handicapped and don't drive well. The woman who signed us up assured me the games would be in my area and if not, i would receive a refund. The schedule came out this week and I saw most of the games were on the west side and i live on the east side. Tuesday i called to inquire what the HELL was going on. Iwas then informed that cursing was a violation of conduct and i was suspended from the league. Wed. I tried all day to call the office and a recording kept saying the number is out of service or disconnected. Wed. Mail came and i received a formal letter saying we were suspended and I may not contact the office for one year. Also no appeals and NO REFUNDS. I think this is unfair to the kids and poor practice by Diversty, also i think they use suspensions as a loophole to not give back unhappy customers. I really fell taken advantage of.
