Scam, bike parts, fraud, do not deliver, indonesia Medan, Sumatera Utara

I ordered bike parts at Vineracycles.com but the items were never send. I paid them in January and in March i received an email saying: "Haha you can pick up your order in hell, STUPID!"
Now i cant contact them anymore, because they wont answer.
Its a scam and fraud company, trying really hard to prove they are real.
