I ordered online at Mitracycles.com and they never send the stuff.
If you google the name you will find lots of bad messages about this company.
Its a scam.
Its probably the same owner as Vineracycles and ardirasport.
Those companies have exactly the same website, text and lay-out.
All of them are from Indonesia
If the word is out that its a scam fraud thing they just create a new name and website!
Please be carefull if you want to order anything for a bike from Indonesian companies!!!
Consider ordering in your own country for a little bit more money, atleast you ll get the items/products then.
