I signed a two year contract to use the fitness center. They said they would be extending their hours in the future. Since then, they have reduced their hours, closed completely on Saturdays, close completely during the week without notice and on every minor holiday or adjacent days, and close early on regular business days. They claim that they can change the hours as much as they want. There is no mention of them being allowed to do that in the contract. I am paying 29.95 a month to use a service but I can't use it when they don't open or close early. The owners and the billing center blame each other. No one will take responsibility for their irresponsible business practices.
In addition to this insult, they only have a couple CDs of music that they play, so after finally being able to go a few times, you have heard every song and will hear those same songs over and over again month after month.
Basically what has happened is that the owner, Kevin Flynn, of this gym opened a another gym (Grafton) that is more profitable and this gym suffers as a result. They have even borrowed equipment to use in the other gym. They sometimes leave signs up asking you to visit their other gym on days this one is closed... Well since my workout is supposed to be "express", it really doesn't help me to have to drive to another town to work out.
In summary, don't join this gym or any other owned by Kevin Flynn.in contrast, the Ladies Workout Express in Westborough, MA is EXCELLENT.
