"I'm going to make you my bitch boy"; and
"F. K you I'll never move out you'll have to evict me"; and
"it takes 21 days before you can start eviction to get me out"
Landlords this is type of tenant you could have with Jio Lucci thief. Landlords this is what he did to me will he do it to you?
A beautifully furnished town home in Las Vegas with mostly brand new furniture purchased in May this year Jio Lucci came in trashed it with body fluid stains and what he couldn't take with him in his truck he made sure we could use it.
Jio Lucci thief went on to threaten us and tried to intimidate us not to make a complaint he tried to verbal us say things we didn't say to stop us from proceeding with a complaint.
He tries to say he is the victim of slander. This conman doesn't know that to be a victim of slander the accusations have to be untrue.
Sadly, they are true we have the credit card bills to prove that. We have a lease, ID, phone bills showing calls to his number over a period of 4 months and arms length independent witnesses that have identified this Jio Lucci Thief as the person that occupied the home.

Jio Lucci thief has gone to great lengths to distance himself from his disgusting behavior. He attempts in his own press releases that he's the victim. Apparently, we're all liars according to him even my phone bill lies. Curiously, he still advertises the same phone number he used throughout the time he actually paid rent. Equally, curious is he has a relative Dex Lucci whom he apparently used as a go between to pay his rent checks with.
An awful lot of coincidences and unexplained documents and phone numbers.
Jio Lucci is a cunning conman that thinks he can bully people into submission. He simply picked the wrong victim this time I worked all my life to get what I have and I don't like it being stolen by a conman coach that tries to exude honesty.
I will publish copes of the checks paid by Dex Lucci which have the same PO Box address as that of Jio Lucci. Just too many coincidences for there to be any truth to the wild and phony allegations made by this conman who probably doesn't have the money to pay his way in the world so he steals from us.
He probably furnished his apartment back in LA with our property. Given the state he left our town home its undoubtedly not worth having now if the sheet he left are anything to measure his hygiene by.
We intend to sue this conman and have in draft form a complaint and will publish a full copy for all to see.
