Just noticed from their website once after requesting an update on whether my product have been sent. Required them 14 days to deliver my product. No reaction to some of my e-mail/chat messages about my products. I have approached them 9 times. No body answering telephone calls. No tracking number provided as guaranteed. It has been greater than a month and that I haven't gotten my products. Horrible.
