Ordered a product on 9/10, payment cleared on 9/13, never received product. No one at the company will return phone calls, and the "live chat" online gets me no where (they won't even commit to providing a tracking number).

Emily: Sorry but as per record, no date or eta yet updated onu're file
You: I'm reading a lot online about this company (and it's parent company, Symiron) being a scam.
Emily: Thank you for shopping with us. We have received payment on 09-13 for your order Eton MICROLINK FR160 Radio Tuner, our normal delivery turnaround time is 14 business days. If you do not receive your item within this allotted time, please notify us. Thank you for your patience and have a great day!
You: It's already passed 14 days.
Emily: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier FED EX, you will be update via automated e mail with the tracking information.
You: If after this much time, you cannot even provide a shipping tracking number, I would prefer a refund at this point.
