I have ordered for over $500 of products on the 9th of november. Until now (5th of february) no products arrived yet. I have sent several mails and tried to call several times. On the emails I allways get a standard answer from Gia. I have received the same email several times saying:
Thank you for contacting Extended Lengths. I realize you haven't received your order yet and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will look into what went wrong and make arrangements so your shipment reaches you at the earliest. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and regret the same. Regards, Gia
Or: Thank you for getting back to us and we apologize for the delay. I have personally requested the concerned person in the shipping department to get back to me with the tracking info and will get back to you once I receive an update. Regards, Gia
On a telephone call I allways get to an answering machine, where I allways left my number to contact me back, but no calls were returned.
I also contacted USPS, but they ask for a tracking number, but this is not delivered to me. (probably because the products where not shipped in the first place...)
If I send an email asking my money back, they do not respond at all.
My advise: do not buy from this supplier! It is a ripoff!!
