A friend and I recently set up payments with Hargrave and Associates, a POSSIBLE credit repair agencies. Weekly we would call and speak to the representative handling our case, William Arnette, and talk with him about how things were coming along. He would say fine and state if we had any questions about the policy and procedures to call him back. Well, here lately we have tried contacting him, and to our belief, the numbers are no longer working. What I am trying to figure out is, the next step to getting a refund or nailing it to Hargrave and Associates. From someone in disbelief, take it from me, do not set up with these rude, ignorant people. They are definitely a scam. Thanks, Tracie Packer/Edward Humphrey
