I recieved a call from cory lyons "general manager" of snap fitness in pell city. He informed me my membership had been terminated because i was "training" in his gym. After telling him i was NOT training in his gym he proceeded to terminate my membership anyway.
After reviewing my snap fitness contract with my neighbor (lawyer) he in formed he that they had no right to terminate my membership. It says no where in the contract that i can not have a workout partner, or for that matter "train", nor falsely accuse and terminate my membership.
Cory told me roughly eight months ago i could assist a former physical therapy patient of mine with a workout program. No money was exchanged, i did this as a favor for this lady. He still terminated my membership after doing/telling me this.in a nut shell i had my membership terminated for a false accusation.
I have left a message with corporate and sent a e-mail with no return yet. I am looking into legal matters for this situation. If a general manager and the onsite manager is going to have false accusations they should be the ones terminated!
