Ive also had very poor experience with mountain black.internet telephone operator 'rusty' promising free shipping on a item, wrong item turned up, then the shipping bill turned up.
'rusty' then hanging up on me. No answer on land line.
Attempted to contact them, basically given the run around, stock replies refusing to address the issues.
Wrong product turned up, they offered me 20% off. I wanted a full refund. (oh and the item id chosen.)
Repeated e mails asking for someone to contact me or a phone number so i could talk to someone - ignored. Stock responses again.
Last e mail asking for full refund and question about if id have to pay for shipping again to return item: no response.
Its not a big amount of money.
But it was shocking customer service.
