On Dec. 2nd I ordered, online, from 4-fans.com a Christmas gift for my son. On Dec. 5th my account was charged (40.93). I have not recieved anything from them since their initial confirmation emails. They have no tracking system, though they say they do, all I get is my order is complete (it has been saying that all month). They do not answer my emails, nor does the webmaster, and the 800# is busy 24/7!! (1 800-391-7437)
Has anyone else had a problem with them? Thought them to be a reputable co.
They seem to have quite a few affiliates who an address in New Jersey.
