Fraudulent charges ordered 10.00 coin being charged 44.84 no customer service rep or support bad email address

I ordered a 10.00 coin 4.95 s&h. NCM requesting payment of44.84. I called 800 number to speak with rep, I got an answering service that takes 3-5 days before a return call will take place. I tried to email company. The email address was bad couldnt send an email about problem.
