I placed an order of 12 jerseys, I only recieved 10, I was told I would get a refund for the other 2 in 15 days. It has been over 2 months

I ordered 12 jerseys and only recieved 10, I was told I would get a refund in 15 days. It has been over 2 months and I have emailed them 4 times each time I am told it is coming. I don't think it will ever come. I think they are a ripoff and there really isn't much I can do about it. Just warn others not to order from them.
