This company looks legit online. I bought a basketball enclosure/display case online for my fathers Christmas present. They sent me the wrong size. I have made numerous attempts to reach their customer service dept via email, 800 and local numbers. They have not returned my messages, answered a single phone call or replied to any of my emails.
I simply wanted to exchange my product for another size. Its ridiculous. I just wanted to warn consumers about this company and their horrible customer service. They are an ONLINE retailer and they look very legitimate. Looks do deceive, especially on the Internet.
They are owned and operated by the August Lion Corporation if that makes any difference. I feel no other recourse other than to post on these complaint sites. So again, beware of this website. Autrysports.com... They will rip you off and then not answer the phone or emails...
