The Front Row Sports conducts business online as well as the retail store. One of their online businesses is via ebay. I purchased a football jersey from them online on March. I paid for the item and shipping and received the product. However, the size was wrong and I ended up returning the product for store credit with the sellers instruction. The store credit did not have any expiration date. Finally, I contacted the seller in October to purchase another jersey using my store credit.
The seller would not return my emails or my message. I wrote about 6 or 7 nice email indicating that I have a store credit of $24.99 and I would like to purchase another jersey and pay the difference. They will not respond back. Basically they have decided to stiff me of my store credit. Now, the transaction was conducted on ebay, so I made formal complaint to ebay. Ebay won't do anything either.
