The criteria for employment consideration consist of individuals sending in a proposal stating availability, photo, and desired starting salary. For some positions with company relating specifically to board & ski sport, modeling various clothing & sporting suits, and sporting equipment, media & film, there are specific qualifications which are required, and which are legal.
