Scuba diving internships Aquanauts 5-Star CDC Thailand unsafe at any depth Pattaya

My buddy and me just returned from a 3 month backpacking trip to asia and one of the last things we did was to go diiving in pattaya. We went to Aquanauts as we saw the divesop on one of our nights out.
We went divng with them and really didint notice anything until my buddy who is a super diver and divemaster started to point out all the bad things they were doing. For example the breifing was done by one of their candidates not a divemaster or intstructor. Not a problme had it been a good briefing but it left a lot out.

We alos noticed no oxygen on the boaat or first aid kit and of course they are important. But all of that i didnt really care about, but the divemaster or i should say the candidate did losse us on more than one occassion.

I did feel unsafe during the whole dive, and i did notice there were other students who got shafted by the instructor that is to say yelled at infront of us customers. Bad bad bad on any level.

Anyhow my buddy sent me this report he found when he got back to england and recommended we write our impressions in case someone does get hurt and we end up wishing we had done something. So what its worth here is my story and we are posting the report my buddy found in england.

Ill start with complaints I reported to PADI

No paper work done of any shape or form, not even a check on our dive certification cards we just told them we where DMs

No first aid kit or o2 kit on board there boats, and other that Danny and myself No one able to administer it,

Using a brand new rescue diver as a Dive Guide

Taking OW students on a 27m high speed drift dive (4-5knots)

No SMB on any dive

Groups left in the water for 45-60mins due to the tide and their movement from the boat.

Half the time the boat would not go to pick anyone up, they had to come to it.

I no I may be going a bit to far but to me seeing these thing as they happened, made me wonder about my safety, I needed the first aid kit and was told it was in the shop and never came onto the boat, when I asked about the o2 kit I was told the same when I asked what if something went wrong I was told that they would phone the shop who would intern phone the Thai Navy for them to offer help, now I played the odds most of my life but they are taking the Fcuking P ss, as from what I was told by the interns this was there SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

Of the 5 dives we did some where outstanding but others where In my eyes Fcuking Dangerous, I no the old saying you pays your money and take your chance but I like to have the odds in my favou
