Kept deposit and failed to move boat

Franklin at AutoMarineSystems (Ardmore, Oklahoma) entered a contract to move our boat out of Minneapolis to Great Falls but failed to move the boat because he "was having gall bladder issues". However, in failing to move the boat as agreed, he never returned our deposit. Hope you have move serious problems than just your gall bladder franklin!!!
