Acting as a boat broker in New Jersey he refused to return our
$6300.00 deposit on the boat, after the boat failed the engine survey. He was notifyed verbally and written notice within the contract guidlines. He was also informed by the boat owner several times to return our deposit and he told the owner he was keeping the money.
The deposit check was written on April 1, and should have been held in an escrow account pending survey, but he cashed it
on April 3th.
