I ordered golf clubs from parValu in April 1999 and sent them back with an authorization number from the company. I received various letters promising to credit the amount on my credit card or send me a check in the amount of the clubs plus interest charged on this amount on my credit card. The total amount charged for the clubs by parValu was $1,926.00. I have also had my attorney contact parValu and was promised the check would be in the mail. The only thing I got was attorney bills to pay on top of everything else! I think I talked to everyone at parValu and was promised the same thing from everyone. My money would be returned.
