Hi, My husband and I are very interested in being a part of the "private auction". We have cash on hand... Are both jet ski's paid in full? Is there and lien hold on them? If not, then you would not be in objection to a contract stating that there is not a lien hold on them? The jet ski's is still for sale and I have titles for the two skis and trailer in hand. The both are in perfect shape. I am forced by a bank loan to sell the ski's so I need the money and I must do that. Don't worry, the loan does not involve the ski's. This guy never addresses the fact that I said that I would pay for the jet ski's in cash; meaning that I would come and pick them up. He also never addresses that questions that I had about a lien hold on the product.
I'm glad that I found this scam out before it was too late!!
