Purchased a pellet gun from them. When it came, over a month later, it did not work properly. I emailed the company and asked if possibly I was loading it wrong or could it be defective. The response I got back was "I don't know what your doing wrong". That's it. I asked could it be defective and could I return it.
The next email from them was this (EXACTLY): No you cant return it and your an IDIOT for buying a pellet rifle in the first place. Don't even try to return it.
I have filed a complaint with Yahoo, the Georgia Better Business Bureau and my Credit Card company.
