Late September, I ordered some swords from this company. They had no problem taking money off of my charge card (almost $150) but they neglected to "send" me my products.
I have been going back and forth over email with them - since they NEVER EVER returned our numerous calls - and after 4 months (and over 20 emails) of them claiming they are "investigating the matter" and they will "send us our swords" as soon as they find out what happened, I got frustrated. Last Monday, I sent them an email asking them why they never got back to me. Their answer??? They emailed me back and said "We called UPS and they told us that you told them you got the swords..." I know this is not true because no one has ever called me about this and I wouldn't say I received the swords if I had not. I emailed them about this and they flat out never emailed me back - AT ALL!
I am soooooooooooooooooo sick of these people and I want to do EVERYTHING I can to spread the word about how they Ripped me off!
They still have made no attempts to email me since my last email to them was sent. They never return phone calls so I have not attempted to call them.
