Another victim of the king of fraud

Ordered from KOS in June 08, they accepted my order and took my money even though they did not have the product in stock. Emailed me twice saying that thier suppliers shipment was in customs and every package has to be opened and inspected. I asked for a refund but that was a big no go. Finally in October 08 all i could get from them was a store credit. I ordered a 21 inch automatic baton and a pick set, which arrived in December 08 but the baton was not the automatic type and advertised on thier site for a lesser value.

King of swords said that if i want the right product i have to pay for the return shipping of the baton that they mistakingly sent, and they would reimburse me. I emailed back and said whats the difference? If you are going to reimburse me then just pay for the shipping beforehand, i am not handing over another cent just to get another store credit. Its the king of swords mistake, they wouldnt pay for a mistake if i had made one. After reading numerous complaints about this company it makes me wonder how it is still trading. Im in New Zealand, has anyone got any ideas how i can right this situation?
