Beware my shippment was lost by new england motor freight, read my review

New england motor freight lost my shippement pro# 64523184, can be tracked on their website, www.nemf.com. This shipment was from a vendor jd closeouts shipped to me on 3/04 and according to the tracking # went missing right from new englands motor freight loading dock in elizabeth, nj on 03/08 that is only 30 min away from my house in garfield, nj delivery destination, it also states that new england motor freight called for an appointment, which they never did, because i never reveived any phone calles or messages from them, one can only wonder how can a big pallet with 250 pairs of sneakers gets lost right from new englands motor freight loding dock which i'm sure has a security team with surveillance cameras or not. This shippment was for 250 pairs of brand name sneakers which has cost me $3,747.50 and $495.00 for shipping cost, a total of $4,242.50, i'm trying to recover this money from this vendor (jd closeouts) up until now and having hard time. Just recently on may 13 i receive a letter from new englands motor freight claims department located in north brunswick, nj that is 2 month later after my shippent went missing., the letter is asking me to confirm if i received the shippment or not, signed by ronaled sedlak (732) 940-7000 ext. 224.

One can only wonder how fast these corporate crooks operate when it comes to claim, if it takes them 2 month to send you a letter, new england motor freigh must have a lot of shippents missing and they are very busy sending letters to people or they just take their sweet time beacuse they really don't care abouts their costomers money once they get paid, so i dicide to call them and check on the status of this claim # 002429, and what do i find out they do not even want to speak to me and update me on a status of a claim because a vendor filled this claim, what a lame policies new enland motor freight has. I have spend $4,242.50 on this shippment which came out from my bank account and new england motor freight lost it, i think i have the right to know the status of a claim beacause its my shippment and my money, but these corporate crooks wont even speak to me. This clearly shows that new england motor freight customer support is one on of the worst up there and they operate in a slow relaxing mode when it comes to claims. My final word: avoid using these corporate crooks!!!
