We shipped an item by UPS Freight.Pro#966132591, on 7-18-12. Unit were destroyed and re packaged. A claim were filed. UPS Freight stated that they would settle the claim within 30 days. They waited 30 days and ask for more information. As normal UPS, and UPS Freight damage items and re package the item to try and hide the damage to keep from paying the claims. They receive the insurance money for covering any damage, but normally they will not honor a claim.
