Cardcollectorsparadise.com Does not follow through on presales, waste of a time, gives false ship info

I do not recomend this card store in Rhode Island/website. I've been dealing with internet orders for years but I haven't had one like this in 15 years.
March 23rd: Ordered two boxes of 2010 Topps Debut for 58.99 per box. They billed my credit card and said they would send me an email letting me know when the item was shipped.
March 31st: Product is released, somewhere after the release they raise the price on their website and had it listed as "in stock"
April 3rd: I call and leave a message. I also email to inquire if my items were shipped. No response to either message.
April 5th: I call and email, email response is "Sorry not in the office at the moment, will let you know in the AM"
April 6th: The AM comes and goes. I call in the afternoon, no answer, I reply to his email saying to please advise what is going on. No response.
April 7th: I email and call again, I get an email response of "Shipping it within the hour. I am sorry for the delay on this. They sold out at warehouse but inventory is fine now."
April 9th: They issued a refund due to "out of stock" Later that day they listed the cards on their site for 85.99

Poor communication about product which they knew was out of stock. Delaying my shipment and not letting me know why or when to expect it is one of the biggest ways to burn me as a customer. I also planned on graphing some games and assumed that I would have these cards to use. Wasted my time and tied up my money for two plus weeks only to get nothing in the end.
Beware of this company.

They do not follow through on their sales. I bought the item for 58.99, when they cancelled my sale it was listed as IN STOCK on their site for 85.99. So they only follow through on presales where the price of the product stays the same or goes down in value? If the market price of my items goes down are they going to issue me a refund? No! That's the risk you run when doing a presale, the item may go up in value or it may go down but you are for sure going to have X number of product sold via presale.
