My boat spent 6 months at Texas Marine on what was quoted as a 10 day job. They did trial and error repairs and charged me for parts that weren't needed (fuel Injector). When I asked the manager (Brian Catalano) why it was taking so long he said that "customer boats came before mine". When I asked him to explane he said that people who purchased new from them had priority and pushed me back to the end of the line. Pretty bad when I am paying $99 per hour for labor. I specifically asked for all my old parts back upon completion but were only given one. They overcharged for parts, labor, and time on repairs. The guys who pulled my boat around for pick-up bent my trailer jack in half and only replaced it when I complained. No appology. To top it all off, when I took the boat to the lake the next day my boat leaked oil from a valve cover that wasn't tightened correctly, and filled the engine bay with water because an exhaust hose clamp was left off. This place it terrilble in every way and i wouldn't let them fix a rubber float toy. I have no idea how they got a boaters edge award, they suck.
