I ordered, or at least thought I ordered, a Showdown Digital Fish Finder from this company on February 6. It was stated my order would be shipped by the end of that month because of limited quantities. My credit card has been billed and I have submitted emails and left numerous phone messages with no reply. Never have I talked with a live person, just a recording. Customer service is definitely not one of their strong points. I was hoping to use the fish finder at a recent ice fishing tournament but that obviously didn't happen. I am beginning to wonder if there is anything a person can do to get reimbursed or receive the merchandice, or if this is a legitimate company. Any ideas on where to go from here??
