The (New) owner of this company is Marc Bell (CEO) of Penthouse Media Group.
In December the FTC ordered an injunction against Various Inc. (aka: Adult Friend Finder, CAMS.com, Friend Finder, Big Church, Millionaire Mate-etc.)
ordering them to stop sending pornographic spam to people/minors.

You can also Google "Lawsuit Adult Friend Finder" and find lawsuit (s) and law firms representing clients.
Also, EVERYONE that works for Penthouse (aka: Friend Finder/Various, Inc.) has to be (registered) name and address, with the FTC in their government investigation of this company.
