No refund, bad customer service

I began asking for the funds from my account in 4.
It took months for them to send me a check. I asked before depositing the check if it was 'good' becos of the time that had elasped & they assured me it was "GOOD to deposit".

THEN, they sent me a 'gift card' with no mention of their name or who it was from. The check was ALREADY deposited & did NOT clear. I was charged $20 from the bank. SPORTS.com has ignored my further requests to reimburse me for that $20. I even had the OK via email they sent me!

So, i just went to use the gift card since sports.com ignored me. NOW, the gift card EXPIRED (within 2 months)!!

So to this day (12/4/09) i STILL do not have my refund or the $20 in bank fees after DOZENS of emails, etc.

Totally incompetent co.
Do not use them.

They still owe me $178.00
