I purchase a $150 set of waders from this company. I used them 3 times in about 4 weeks. The waders started leaking. I returned them. I was told it would take a week. I went around the Sports Center and to LaCrosse to see if there was anything I could do. They were able to email me and let me know when the waders were returned. The Sports Center did not call.in the mean time, I had to purchase another set of waders from another establishment. LaCrosse emailed me and said that their was a factory defect on the waders I purchased and sent a brand new pair. I did not need them and wanted to return the waders to the Sports Center. I talked with an employee then it escalated to the owner. He told me that he wasn't in business to take returns and that I would not get my money back. He gave me a gift card and said I was "lucky" to get that. He also subtracted the shipping on the waders for shipping them to the factory. All the merchandise in the store is over priced and dust covered. It has been on the shelf for over 10 years. The only reason I went their is because I was in a rush. I was forced to forfeit my cash for a gift card that can only be used in that store. This complaint is to warn others about the shady transactions that go on at this place. They provide no customer service and will nickel and dime you to death. They do not stand behind what they sell. They are rude. It would be nice to see this place go out of business.
