Oct. 18 I saw a Toulouse saddle 17in. On Tack Trader.com. This is a part of Dream Horse.com. It wa for sale for $500 since the end of Aug. I emailed her for pics. I offered her $350. She accepted.
She did no have PayPal. I mailed her a check Oct. 20. I checked a couple of times to see if she had received my check. On Oct. 26 she told me she had to wait for the check to clear (it did that day).
On Nov. 4 she said she had been sick and was sending it out the next day. No saddle. Nov. 11 she emailed me and said she would send a tracking #. No #, no saddle.
Nov. 23 she told me she shipped the saddle. No tracking #. I have emailed her countless times telling her to send me the tracking #, receipt of shipping, saddle, or refund. She will no longer reply.
I have almost all of our emails. A copy of my check. Deborah's drivers license. Chase banks address and info about her. I have her address, ph.#, email, etc... And I will pursue this to the end.
She works through Chase Bank. Sometimes she has other people cash the checks. Deborah Cap??? Signed below Jennifrs name. Her drivers license is 766210561.
This is the 2nd scam I know of with a saddle. I know $350 isn't a lot to some people but to me it's a lot.
