I bought a saddle from them, the girl that sold me the saddle did not give me any info on company policy. To find out there was a guarantee but I wasen't told. When I called to complain about the saddle because it will not sit on a saddle rack and is very hard to ride. They told me it was to late, and the girl that sold me the saddle they left her go. But that dosen't help me with my problem. They just said they could not help me.
