Ordered a saddle from Annie George in Oct of was told it would take four months to complete. Received saddle in June; saddle did not fit horse and was sloppily made. Annie George guarantees fit and workmanship of saddles, but will not give a refund. I have sent the saddle back for replacement and Annie has threatened to keep my money and the saddle, and has stated that she will take a long time to replace the saddle. It has now been two years since I paid her up front for the saddle and I do not have it
