I was trying to get two atvs for my two suns 7 and 13 years old. So I found a web site that sounds good looks good. I called talked to kari they took paypal so it all sounds good to me.
Me and my sons took two days picking out the atvs that they like and will work for them. So I call kari and sure enough oyah we have them in stock. And we have a store front unlike other sellers on line.
Man sound to good to be true. Kari sent me a request for money by paypal so I pay the $2096.00 and oboy we are so excited to the atvs. But three weeks go by.
OMG I am thinking we just got screwed. So I call KARI 10 times no call back. So I call here dad @817-768-2161 Glen oyah we will give you a refund.
Ah no still no refund after a week. So I file a clam with paypal. Time gos by and paypal says to me in my email (we were able to recover $2096.00 USD from the seller and processed a refund to you)
But o no not just yet paypal sends me a email saying funds removed $2096.00. So I call paypal and they tell me that they can not get the money from the seller. I say but hang on you just told me you did get the funds at the time I filed a clam on this transaction. NO we cant get blood out of turn-up sorry.
So it looks like my boys Christmas is all but ruined. I hope Tom can help us out.
