I seem to be the only one who didn't know about ecocanteen's unethical business practices. I ordered 2 canteens only and was charged shipping two totes. CS stated that the order has already shipped. I ordered online on Saturday and I called them today on Monday to cancel the order. I asked to speak to someone higher up than customer service and was told I must write a letter and wait for a response because there is no one higher up than her on the phone. I have written the letter and given them 14 days to respond or I'm going to my attorney general. I refuse to tolerate unethical business practices no matter what state there in. Is there a lawyer out there willing to file a class action lawsuit?
