Ordered horse tack that were not as advertised.
Chain on show halter was not 30" as described. It was only 20" and therefore does not fit the horse as it should.
The breast collar was not the one pictured. The one pictured had a center metal ring for flexibilty. The one we received has a solid piece of leather, less flexible. The one in the picture had double keepers on the saddle straps. The one we received has single keepers. We ordered a black and received a poorly home-redyed light colored one. We had to buy shoe dye and re-dye it a few coats ourselves.
There was no paper recept or invoice.
Their response was:
I do not claim to be a tack store. I have limited supplies of limited items. I sold you the last breastplate available. Additionally, I did not
offer any guarantees. Items are sold per the policy published on the website: " Unless otherwise noted, there are no returns or refunds."
I think that if you are interested connoisseur products, you should shop at connoisseur shops and pay the connoisseur prices that will satisfy your
needs, desires, and tastes. Mostly, you need to read the printed policies and ask pertinent questions.
