Diane Jones, Windt im Wald Farm, who specializes in Arabian horses, also sells a wide variety of equine supply and tack on her web site. I ordered two items, including a training surcingle that she described as "BRAND NEW" and presented a picture of it, depicting it as brand new.
The surcingle I received was old, seemingly used, and definitely deteroriated, with rips at the seams, stains and dirt on the material, rusty buckles, and black marks indicating the straps had been used before.
When I contacted Diane Jones, she insisted the item was brand new. I sent her pictures of it, and I have not heard from her since.
