I paid they haven't delivered. Customer service doesn't exist. Phoned, emailed, ignored

I placed my order online and paid through Paypal. 2 weeks later and still no item, nor any contact from company.

All my attempts to contact company have been unsuccesful.

Customer service number is busy 24/7 (even when company is closed) Alternate number is a cell phone and my numerous messages and pages have never been returned.

Have emailed and emailed. No responce.

Have filed complaints with Paypal, my credit card company and next is the Better Business Bureau.
