I paid for my daughter to attend a summer camp. She came ill the date of the class. The next day I went there to ask for my money back. They said she could take another course, although it didn't fit into my schedule. They said I could get a refund, mind you... in person, not on paper. When it was never received I complained, they ignored my emails and calls. I filled with the Better Business Bureau and they did communicate with me, but NEVER repaid me. I even had ALL the documentation!
I just wanted the community to know, how this company treats customers.
