This company took my money, and sold me an inferior product and one with missing pieces, and I have still not gotten the money I am owed nor the missing pieces. I see now from looking on this site, that this is happening to a lot of people on a regular basis over the last 6 months or so.
When looking for the other reports on this site you need to look for not only ("zero") 02 Sports but also search on this site using the letter ("o") as in o2 Sports.
On a couple of the postings I saw where the Chino Hills police said "Customers wishing to file a complaint regarding this business are asked to contact the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.com or 909-825-7280). They may also wish to contact the civil court in their area to get more information on pursing this matter through civil court."
I would strongly advise everyone to do as the Police advise and contact the Better Business Bureau, and persue the matter thru small claims or civil court.
Also if you paid by credit card, contact your credit card company and banking institution, they may be able to help... I know they have helped several 02 Sports victims on here.
