Our family trusted this man to replace an engine in our Formula SR-1. He replaced it with a bad engine and then would not warranty his work. He quoted us $6k for labor and parts and ended up charging us $12k.
The "new" engine blew after 20 hours on the water (fault of his workmanship at installing the new engine) and he will not fix it or replace it.
He then disappeared for three months and had his wife call and stated he was in rehab.
He has now placed a lock on our boat trailer and we are not in the midst of having to sue him to retrieve our own property; boat haul, old engine, new engine and drive.
DON'T Trust Rich Kerr or anyone associated with Prop-eye Marine - Horrible Experience.
