On January 12th I placed a order with this company and received only half of my order. I left a messige on their answering machine 2 times and never got a return call. I then began sending Emails, I got no response on the first two and then finally on the third and subsequent Emails this is what I got - (copied from Emails):
1. Which part of your order are you missing? Please let us know and we'll get it right out to you. I apologize for the delay.
2. I apologize I was out of the office yesterday. The rest of your items are shipping out. I will confirm this tomorrow and get you a tracking number. Thanks.
3. I'm still working on where that part of your order went. I may just have to ship you another one. I am waiting for a call back from our warehouse and as soon as I hear from them I will let you know. I apologize for the delay.
Their you have it. It's 2/5/09 and I have not received the rest of my order or have been credited on my VISA.
