Placed my order on 12/25. Took money via credit card on 1/2. It's been 17 days since 1/2 to 1/27 not counting Sat/Sun. I don't have the items and I have sent 3 e-mails and called the phone number listed on my receipt and still have no reply.
The order receipt I printed when I placed this order states: "For example, if you order an in stock item (s) on Monday that leaves the warehouse in 1-2 full business days, it will leave the warehouse by end-of-day Wednesday in most cases." Well how much more time do they need?
