I was at a conference in Nashville, TN and was totally snowed in the KIS GOLF store in the local mall. I won a trip and then given another and so on. They talked so fast and had you signing things after putting your mind 'on vacation'.
I thought I could get out of the deal, but the golf clubs were made and mailed before I got them on the phone within the next couple of days.
I lost my job, and now we are in an economic crisis and I supposedly owe $6500.
AND now, the company is bankrupt! How can I get help??? I haven't even had a chance to use the clubs or ANYTHING offered yet, and now I won't get to. How can I possibly still owe this money to GE Money.
I can't attend the meetings being held for members as a result of the bankruptcy because I live in NJ and don't have the money to fly to any of the meeting locations.
I really need legal advice/representation.
