In APril NAVIGATOR GOLF of CARLSBAD, CA called my husband and offered im a set of custom made golf clubs to use for 45 days. He was told that if he did not like them, he could return them for a full refund. My husband tried them out about 10 times to give them a chance, but he hated them. He called NAVIGATOR back 5 times before they finally agreed to send a UPS truck to come and get them.
In the meantime they charged his credit card $1,649. The UPS truck came on September 9, Navigator received the clubs on September 13. We still have not received our refund. We have repeatedly called NAVIGATOR only to get customer reps who can't or won't help us, and now since christmas we only get a voice mail saying they are restructoring the company and can't take any call.
I'm sure there are other people out there with this problem. I'd like to hear from any one wo can help or has advice—this is too much money for us to lose. This company is aka DIVERSIFIED GOLF HOLDINGS and has had another name in the past-something with GOLF 18.
