Refused to refund money after returning golf clubs

I got an authorization return number 1058 in October. The clubs were picked up by UPS # ZA00V965040400508 and delivered on 10/13/00. I am still awaiting funds. I understand the company is now out of bussiness.

I feel there should be a law against this sort of action by a company or at least a recourse for purchasers like myself.
